French native, American citizen since 1990, Patrick is an honored film major graduate from Art Center College Of Design. He studied at the universities of La Sorbonne and Orsay in Paris France.

Taulere is a member of the Directors Guild of America, The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and SACD (the French director's & writers society).
